HOSPITALS & INSTITUTIONS

  • Several new panels throughout LA County are in development.

  • The Long Beach panel has begun;

  • Koreatown and Lancaster panels are in development; all are once-monthly on Wed, 7 pm.

  • Active panels in Tarzana & Encino are twice monthly.

  • Each meeting is asked to have an H&I representative - All they need to do is make announcements to fill monthly panels with new participants.

  • Suggested Announcement: H&I stands for Hospitals and Institutions. We bring the message to people who don't have access to regular meetings. We are currently looking for speakers as well as panel facilitators for H&I panels, which occur once per month at drug and alcohol treatment centers. These panels involve two 15-min lead shares from speakers of mixed genders as well as Q&A with attendees. If you have some time in program and are interested in sharing your ESH, this is an incredibly fulfilling way to carry the message. If interested, please speak to me after the meeting and I will put you in touch with the committee chair!
