This workshop will focus on will focus on:
1) Recognizing one's own patterns of emotional, sexual and social anorexia and avoidance.
2) What it means to develop a healthy, working program as anorectic members of SLAA.
3) What tools and strategies have worked and continue to work in countering our anorectic patterns.
There will be Anorexia Characteristics read, Signs of Recovery, and there will also be an open Q&A section to conclude the meeting. We hope you can join us and take away something useful to your own recovery journey.
